Dr. Michael Breulmann is the Head of R&D Formulation Nutrition and a leading expert with over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. Previously, Dr. Breulmann held various senior roles at BASF, including Senior Manager Strategic Planning and Head of Innovation Management and R&D Controlling, where they managed a 50+ million R&D portfolio and achieved significant product and process developments. Dr. Breulmann has also contributed to academia as a lecturer in Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry at the University of Hamburg and held a NATO PostDoc Fellowship at the University of Bath and the University of Bristol. Dr. Breulmann earned a PhD in Colloid Chemistry with highest honors from the Max-Planck-Institute of Colloids and Interfaces and holds a diploma in Chemistry from TU Dortmund University.
