Duffy Chisholm has extensive experience in the engineering and reliability sectors, with a career spanning several prominent companies. Duffy served as an I&E Reliability Supervisor at Nutrien from May 2018 to June 2019 before taking on the role of Lead Instrument Reliability Engineer at Limetree Bay Ventures from July 2019 to July 2022, focusing on a refinery restart project. Prior experience includes serving as a Project A&E Engineering Specialist at Phillips 66 from February 2011 to May 2018, where Duffy managed capital projects related to flare gas regulations and compliance. Duffy worked as an I&E Reliability Engineer at ConocoPhillips between May 2008 and February 2011 while also applying Six Sigma principles as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
