Dustin Eaves

Dustin Eaves currently serves as Engineering Design Manager at BASF since April 2025. Previously, Dustin held various positions at Richard Industrial Group, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Sr I/E Designer, from June 2018 to April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as E/I Section Manager at Jacobs from October 2016 to June 2018 and as Sr. Instrument Designer at Richard Design Services, Inc from June 2008 to October 2016, with notable project work at Valero in Port Arthur, involving the installation of DCS and Experion systems as well as the design of a new MSAT unit. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Lamar University between 2015 and 2018.
