Echo Liu

Echo (Qian) LIU is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Regional HR Business Partner at BASF since July 2022, focusing on Dispersions Asia Pacific. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at China Resources (Holdings) Co, managing full life cycle recruitment and coaching hiring managers, and a position as Human Resources Business Partner, where Echo transformed HR into a strategic partner post-reorganization. Earlier experience with The World Bank Group involved providing HR operational support to two regional teams with over 1200 staff members. Echo holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
