Enikő Tóth

Enikő Tóth has a solid background in human resource management and talent engagement, with experience at BASF from October 2020 to December 2022, serving as Manager and Teamspecialist in Global Talent Management & People Engagement Services and previously as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President for EMEA. Prior experience includes a role as HR Controller at evosoft from October 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed reporting, planning, coordinating payroll reorganization, and enhancing HR processes. Early experience as a Recruitment Intern at FHB Bank Zrt. provided exposure to various HR activities, including preparing recruitment ads and assisting in project management. Enikő holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and has also engaged in advanced studies at Rajk László College for Advanced Studies.
