Eva Garcia

Eva Garcia has extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Team Lead Process Manager and Team Lead Supply Chain Manager for the Crop Protection division at BASF since October 2008, Eva has successfully led team restructuring efforts and optimized the production plan to meet regional and global demands. Previous roles at BASF include Global Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing product availability and coordinating regional demand. Prior to working at BASF, Eva held the position of Logistics Manager at Eurofred Group and Automotive Process Engineer at Behr. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and an MBA from Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
