Fabio Guerra is the Strategic Marketing Director for LATAM at BASF, where they lead multidisciplinary teams and develop marketing strategies for agricultural solutions. They have over 17 years of experience in agribusiness, previously serving as Sales Director at Syngenta and Product Manager at Nidera. Additionally, Fabio is an Associate Professor at Cumbre Agro, co-founding executive programs focused on leadership and communication in the industry. Fabio holds a degree in Agronomy from UENP and an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
