Felicity Keiper

Felicity Keiper has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and policy management within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as an Expert in Global Regulatory Affairs at BASF since June 2020, Felicity previously held the position of Global Regulatory Policy Manager at BASF from August 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, a tenure at Bayer CropScience spanned from November 2009 to August 2018, during which Felicity managed global registration activities for the biotech rice portfolio and led registration and compliance efforts for biotech canola and cotton projects. Felicity's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biological & Biomedical Sciences from the University of Technology Sydney, a PhD in Agriculture from the University of Sydney, a Masters of International Environmental Law from Macquarie University, and a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University.
