Felix Lauterbach

Felix Lauterbach is a Global Sustainability Manager for Dispersions & Resins at BASF, where they focus on Biomass Balance and ChemCycling initiatives. Felix completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Hamburg, where they developed novel methods for sustainable RAFT polymerizations and engaged in teaching. During a postdoctoral position at Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, they researched polymer chemistry and developed a digital twin for predicting polymer morphologies in membrane materials. Felix's work aims to innovate and create sustainable products in an economically and ecologically feasible manner.
