Franco Doro

Franco Doro is an innovation leader with over 15 years of experience in the chemicals, fragrances, and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as a Technical Marketing Manager at BASF Aroma Ingredients, they also own FD-INNOV, a consultancy focused on scent innovation. Formerly, Franco held positions at companies such as Reckitt and International Flavors & Fragrances, where they led teams in fragrance development and innovation strategy. Franco earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by multiple Master’s degrees in Chemistry from various institutions.
