Fred Crawford III

Fred Crawford III has extensive experience in leadership and resource management within corporate environments, currently serving as the National President of the African American Employee Resource Group at BASF since May 2012, where oversight includes more than 800 members and the execution of resources to support member success. Prior to this role, Fred held various positions at A123 Systems, including Electronic Data Interchange Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, and Shipping Shift Lead, and worked as a Warehouse/Shipping Lead at Roush. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Leadership from Rochester Christian University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macomb Community College.
