Fredrik Berntsson is presently the Head of Customer Service EMEA at BASF, a position they have held since 2024 after serving as the Global Key Account Manager and in various other roles within the company since 2015. Prior to joining BASF, Fredrik worked as an R&D Engineer at AkzoNobel from 2005 to 2006 and as a Process Engineer at Eka Chemicals from 2006 to 2007. Fredrik holds a Master of Science degree from Luleå tekniska universitet, completed in 2005, and has undertaken a single course at SMP St Gallen in 2013.
