Geert Janssens is the Vice President of Technology Performance Materials at BASF, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in Production, Operational Excellence, Technology, R&D, Innovation Management, and New Business Development across Belgium, Germany, and the USA. Previously, Geert held various key roles at BASF, including Vice President Operations for Isocyanates and Precursors NA and Head of Global Innovation for Foams. Geert also served as Head of Global Technology Styrenics at BA for a brief period in 2007. Geert earned a Dr. Ir. degree in Chemistry and Applied Biological Sciences from KU Leuven between 1988 and 1997.
