Greg Carney

Greg Carney is the AP Global Head of Herbicide Supply Chain at BASF Corporation, a position held since 2017. With an extensive background in procurement and financial functions, they focus on strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and cost optimization. Prior to their current role, Greg held various positions within BASF, including Director of Global Sourcing and Contracting for Crop Protection, and Group Leader for Aromatic Derivatives Procurement. Greg also has experience as a Financial Analyst at BASF Corp. and as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Bank of America early in their career. Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York and is currently pursuing an MBA with coursework in finance and marketing.
