Gregg Kiihne

Gregg Kiihne is the Director of Process Safety, North America at BASF, where they set the strategic direction for process safety excellence. With a robust background in managing projects and teams across various cultures, Gregg has extensive experience in process safety, risk assessment, and ecological health and safety. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Process Safety Specialist at BASF, where they developed training programs that significantly exceeded corporate expectations. Gregg holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they are a member of the Board of Trustees for AI Applied Consortium.
