Han Pang is currently the Global Head of Controlling for Aroma Ingredients and EN in Asia Pacific at BASF, a position held since 2023. Previously, Han worked as a Regional FP&A Manager and Regional Planning and Reporting Manager at BASF from 2018 to 2021, and served as a Global Finance Business Analyst and Regional Finance Business Analyst at DuPont from 2014 to 2016. Han's earlier experience includes a secondment program in AML at RBS International in 2011 and a role as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from 2008 to 2012. Han holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and is pursuing a CPA from Chartered Accountant Singapore, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
