Hao Yi Er is currently the Executive Specialist in Supply Chain Excellence at BASF, where they are enthusiastic about improving processes through lean approaches, digitalization, and automation. Previously, they held various roles within BASF, including Executive Specialist in Trade Compliance and Senior Analyst in Product Safety, where they drove significant improvements in compliance and efficiency. Hao Yi Er's early experience includes serving as a Project Engineer Intern at F&N Beverages Marketing, contributing to project planning and execution. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia.
