Henel Ribeiro

Henel Ribeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural solutions and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Manager in the Agricultural Solutions Division at BASF since September 2012, Ribeiro has also held prominent positions such as Corporate Senior Research Scientist and Strategic Innovation, Project Portfolio, and R&D Controlling Manager. Prior to BASF, a tenure at Unilever from October 2006 to August 2012 included roles as Global Project Leader and Senior Research Scientist in Particulate Structuring. Ribeiro's earlier career featured a research scientist position at the University of Tsukuba, supported by a fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and a research role at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Academic credentials include an MSc and PhD in Food Process Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
