Ian Rumble is a seasoned professional in seed supply and quality management, currently serving as the Manager of NA Seed Supply Quality and Continuous Improvement at BASF since 2025. Previously, Ian held various roles at Syngenta from 2016 to 2022, including Seed Partner and Quality Manager, where Ian developed testing requirements and strengthened quality processes across North America. Ian also worked at DuPont Pioneer from 2012 to 2016, leading initiatives in productivity improvement and managing conditioning processes for seed soybeans. Earlier in Ian's career, Ian coordinated seed shipments at Hyland Seeds from 2004 to 2010. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University and previously completed a Business Administration program in Accounting at St. Clair College.
