Ines K. is currently the Manager of Change Management & Learning at BASF Global Digital Services, where they lead initiatives to enhance organizational learning and transformation. They previously held various roles at BASF, including positions in Corporate Communications and Sustainability Reporting. Prior to their work at BASF, Ines gained experience as a Working Student in Marketing Corporate Technology at Siemens. Ines holds a Master of Arts in Communication Science from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Political Science from Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität Greifswald. They are also engaged in ongoing education at the German Japanese Young Leaders Forum and the Akademie für Publizistik Hamburg.
