Isabela Lima

Isabela Lima is currently the Soybean Breeding Manager at BASF, where they manage projects in plant genetic improvement. They previously served as a Soybean Breeder Associate and Site Manager at BASF and held positions as a guest PhD in the DRYCE project at both CIRAD and Embrapa. Isabela earned a PhD in Plant Breeding from Universidade Federal de Lavras, where they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and a Master's degree in Agronomy with a focus on plant genetic improvement. Additionally, they have experience as a substitute professor at Universidade Federal de Lavras.
