Iwona Stephan is an accomplished professional in global research crop protection, specializing in process optimization and automation. They completed a PhD at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg from 2007 to 2011 and subsequently worked at BASF from 2014 to 2017 as a Research Scientist and Team Leader in herbicide and fungicide early biology.
