James Loar has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the chemical and industrial sectors. Previously, James held various roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals for over 23 years, including Application Support & Business Process Management and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed SAP module support, capital project management, and utility department optimization. Earlier career positions included Engineering Specialist and Process Engineer at FMC, with a focus on batch production and process automation, and an engineering internship at the USDA. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
