Jan Fehrmann

Jan Fehrmann is an accomplished energy industry executive currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President & Chairman of Greater China at BASF, where they manage administrative, financial, and operational activities while advising on strategic sustainability topics. Previously, Jan held the position of Managing Director at BASF FZE and led the Regional Marketing and Product Management for Fuel and Lubricant Solutions in Asia Pacific with a strong focus on business development and strategy. Jan's diverse experience includes roles in sales management and product marketing across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with organizations such as Volkswagen AG and Mazda Motor Europe. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science from Touro University, a Master of Science from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and is engaged in a Rising Leaders Program at the China Europe International Business School.
