Jaya Lakshmi

Jaya Lakshmi is an experienced IP & Innovation Strategy Manager with a strong background in intellectual property analysis and patent management. They previously served as a Lecturer in General Chemistry at the University of Tennessee and held positions as a Senior Research Chemist and Innovation Manager at BASF, where they led significant projects in environmental catalysis and innovation management. Jaya has authored six research articles, including one in Science, and has filed 13 patent applications. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Inorganic Materials Chemistry from Wayne State University.
