Jens currently holds the position of Global Vice President Custom Catalysts at BASF and has previously served as Managing Director at Haldor Topsoe and Director at Clariant. With a strong educational foundation, including a PhD and an MBA from the Technical University of Denmark, Jens has demonstrated expertise in general management, business development, and change management, successfully interacting with clients at the highest levels.
