Jochen Beyer

Jochen Beyer is the Regional Head of Tax for Asia/Pacific at BASF, specializing in tax-efficient structuring, post-deal integrations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing tax compliance. With prior experience as a Manager of International Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG WPG and roles as a Supervising Associate at Simmons & Simmons and Associate at Clifford Chance, Jochen has built a robust career in international tax. Jochen holds a Diploma in Business Law from Hochschule Mainz and has completed further training to become a certified Tax Advisor.
