Joel Basilan

Joel Basilan is the Head of Application Technology and Performance Management for Personal Care in North America at BASF, a role held since 2003. They have extensive experience in the chemicals industry, previously serving as a Senior Chemist at Zotos International from 1998 to 2003. Joel possesses strong expertise in Research and Development, Chemistry, Cosmetics, Surfactants, and Polymers. They earned a BS in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University, a BS in Biology from Mercy University, and a MA in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
