John Olivo is currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at BASF Corporation, a position held since 2016. Prior to joining BASF, John was a Senior IP Counsel at Dow Corning from 2013 to 2016 and held a similar role at Armstrong World Industries from 2003 to 2013. John earned a J.D. from Widener University School of Law between 1995 and 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, obtained in 1995.
