Jonathan J Harper

Jonathan J Harper serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at BASF since May 2022, overseeing the Compliance, Litigation, Employment, and Privacy Group while also being a member of the Global Compliance Team. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at BASF Corporation, including Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Officer from August 2018 to April 2022, and Deputy Compliance Officer for North America from April 2015 to July 2018, where an international assignment was part of the responsibilities. Jonathan's legal expertise is supported by a Doctor of Law degree from New York University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College, and a high school diploma from Delbarton School.
