Jörg Polzin currently serves as the Head of Commercial & Digital Excellence Agricultural Solutions EMEA North at BASF since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jörg Polzin was the Head of Marketing Agricultural Products Germany at BASF SE from June 2018 to September 2023 and held the position of Head of Business Management Crop Protection at BASF SRL in Romania from January 2014 to May 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Business Management Crop Protection at BASF Srbija d.o.o., Crop Manager for Sunflower Herbicides Europe at BASF SE, and various leadership positions at BASF Türk, including Country Manager Agro and Regional Marketing Manager. Jörg Polzin began professional engagement in agro division at BASF East Africa Ltd., managing operations in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Educationally, Jörg Polzin completed a High Performance Leadership (HPL) program at IMD in 2015.
