Joyce Heng

Joyce Heng is an HR Mergers & Acquisition Manager at BASF, where they currently lead HR initiatives for Asia Pacific, focusing on mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructurings. Joyce has extensive experience in employee benefits and tax advisory, having previously worked as a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson and a Supervisor at EY, where they advised multinational corporations on tax compliance and due diligence for M&A transactions. They hold a degree from Kolej Universiti Sunway in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and have also contributed to employee communication strategies and facilitated workshops throughout their career. In their personal time, Joyce enjoys teaching young children and coordinating weddings.
