Judy Boeynaems

Judy Boeynaems currently serves as Teamlead Digital Infrastructure & Support at BASF, overseeing three teams totaling 25 members responsible for various aspects of IT and OT infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity at BASF Antwerp. With a strong background in information security, Judy has held significant roles at Umicore as a Senior Security Architect and at CWS BeLux as Chief Information Security Officer, focusing on security controls, compliance, and the implementation of information security frameworks. Previous experience includes positions at AXA Bank Belgium as an IT Security Expert and CRH as an IT Security Engineer, along with extensive tenure at BASF, which began with roles in ICT automation and gradually progressed to leadership positions. Throughout the career, Judy has demonstrated expertise in developing strategies and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing security solutions across various platforms.
