Júlia Azevedo

Júlia Azevedo is a Process and Technology Manager at BASF, responsible for process engineering, new product introduction, and investment projects at a multipurpose chemical plant. With a background as an Industrial Process Safety Engineer, Júlia has four years of experience in HAZOP and PSM, and previously held positions at LANXESS Elastomers, Chemtech, and ARLANXEO. Júlia's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a focus on Chemical Engineering Education. To further enhance collaboration between universities and industries, Júlia has recently started a master's degree.
