Julie Zhou

Julie Zhou is the Learning & Development Head for Greater China at BASF, where they have been since 2014. With over 13 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management within multinational companies, Julie has also accumulated about 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to BASF, they served as a Senior Learning & Development Manager at Schaeffler and held various training roles at Rovi and Fuji Xerox. Julie's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Precise Instrument and Detection Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they also lectured for 6 years.
