Julius Muthemba is a transformational supply chain and operational excellence leader with over 20 years of experience in driving strategic improvements across East Africa. Currently, they serve as the Supply Chain Operations Manager at BASF, where they continue to implement operational excellence initiatives. Previously, Julius held various roles, including Operations Manager at Bunge and Supply Chain Manager at Highlands Mineral Water Company. They are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a solid educational background including an MBA from the University of Nairobi and certification in international trade.
