Juntao Xia

Juntao Xia is the Head of Development & Innovation for Personal Care Solutions in the Asia Pacific region, with extensive experience in the industry. They held roles such as Senior Manager at BASF since 2016, and previously served as Technical Key Account Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2016. Juntao also worked as a Regional Marketing Manager at Cognis from 2009 to 2011, a Senior Chemist at Dow Chemical from 2007 to 2009, and a Product Development Specialist at Ciba from 2004 to 2007. They began their career as a Research Scientist in a post-doctoral position at 汽巴精化 from 2001 to 2004, after earning a Ph.D. from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2001.
