Jurith Montag

Jurith Montag is the R&D Group Leader at BASF Corporation in the US, where they focus on innovation for sustainable agriculture and crop protection. They previously held various positions at BASF, including Research Scientist and Marketing Manager in Global Strategic Marketing for Crop Protection. Jurith's early career included internships at SUET Saat- Und Erntetechnik GmbH and Spiess-Urania Chemicals GmbH, as well as research roles at Leibniz Universität Hannover. Jurith earned a doctorate in Botany/Plant Biology from The University of Bonn and a Dipl.-Ing. agr. in Horticultural Science from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
