Previous roles at Procter & Gamble from July 1998 to July 2011 include positions as a Quality Assurance & QAC Auditor, PS Compliance Leader, Process Engineer for Validations, and Senior Researcher in the BabyCare Research and Development division. Karsten Diehl holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Biotechnologie from Technische Hochschule Mannheim (1993-1998) and has also pursued studies at Baylor College of Medicine from 1995 to 1996.
