Katelyn Venner, PhD, is currently a Global Development Manager for Turf, Ornamental, and Forestry/IVM at BASF, where they focus on pesticide development and maintain relationships with growers and cooperators. Previously, Katelyn served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2015, conducting independent research on herbicide mode of action and leading the Virginia Weed Identification Clinic. Katelyn earned a PhD in Weed Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2015.
