Starting as a Marketing and Consumer Science intern at Symrise, Kateryna contributed to market research and consumer trends analysis. At BASF, responsibilities expanded from Marketing Product Manager to Team Leader Product Management, focusing on developing promotional strategies, managing budgets and product portfolios, and identifying new business opportunities.
