Kathrin Becker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product safety, quality management, and regulatory affairs within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Teamlead Global Product Safety for Performance Materials at BASF since May 2016, Kathrin has held various senior roles including Senior Manager of Quality Management for Global Business Incubation and Regulatory Affairs Food Contact Manager. Prior to this, Kathrin worked at Alcon Pharma GmbH as a Process Expert and Project Manager for MSAT and served as a Scientific Researcher during a PhD program at Universitätsklinikum Mannheim. Kathrin Becker earned a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Heidelberg University and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Ecole Supérieure de Biotechnologie Strasbourg.
