Keisha Bolin

Keisha Bolin, PHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at BASF, a role held since September 2019, providing strategic HR support to leadership in areas such as employee relations, staffing, and compensation. Prior to this, Bolin worked at Windstream Communications from January 2006 to September 2019, where responsibilities included direct HR support for the Chief Network Officer and the Engineering organization. Bolin also spent eight years at Alltel Wireless, taking on various HR roles that involved recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, beginning in September 1998. Keisha Bolin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Walden University.
