Kyle Barden

Kyle Barden has over a decade of experience in engineering and research roles within the chemical and materials industry. At BASF from February 2018 to June 2021, Kyle served as a Test Engineer focused on Cellasto NVH Solutions, conducting various validation tests and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on testing requirements. Prior roles included Research Technical Specialist positions in UV Polymer Synthesis and Process Safety Engineering, where responsibilities involved synthesizing new materials and conducting thermal stability and safety testing. Additionally, Kyle held quality-focused positions such as OEM Quality Manager and Project Quality Engineer, managing quality communications and audits. Earlier experience as a Synthesis Lab Technician at Kelly Scientific Resources involved small scale organic synthesis and utilizing analytical techniques like LC-MS and NMR. Kyle Barden holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Central Michigan University.
