Larry Crosby

Larry Crosby is a results-oriented Supply Chain Manager at BASF with extensive experience in the chemicals, medical, food, and electronics industries. Since 2008, they have managed a $160 million inventory budget and led a team to enhance delivery reliability and reduce supply chain costs. Previously, from 1991 to 2007, they served as a Senior Supply Planner at BASF, where notable achievements included discovering $4 million in lost inventory and initiating Sales and Operations Planning.
