Latishia Biester

Latishia (Tish) Biester has over two decades of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain for Dispersions at BASF since October 2000. In this role, Latishia is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain organization, including demand planning, logistics, and customer order management, while optimizing costs and service levels. Previous positions at BASF include Director of Business Process Management Strategy, Senior Manager of Sales and Operations Planning, and Senior Project Accelerator, where Latishia contributed to process harmonization and operational excellence. Earlier experience includes various supply chain roles at Celanese. Latishia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
