Laura Chiandussi has a diverse background in engineering and digital innovation, beginning as a PMO Corporate Development Intern at Schaeffler in 2013. Laura transitioned to SYNCREON as a Plant Engineer from May 2015 to May 2016. Subsequently, Laura joined BASF in July 2020, initially serving as a Process Engineer, managing production demands and quality concerns, before advancing to the role of Digital Innovation Manager, where responsibility included developing strategic digital solutions for customer needs. As of August 2023, Laura has assumed the position of Marketing Manager at BASF. Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan, expected to complete in 2024.
