Laura DeSantis serves as the Head of People and Culture for BASF Coatings NA and is a Global Business Partner for Production. With extensive experience in leadership development and talent management, Laura has directed various global initiatives at BASF, including leadership frameworks and diversity and inclusion efforts. Laura has also held academic roles, notably as a Board Member for Saint Peter's University’s Center for Career Engagement and Experiential Learning, and has been recognized for their contributions to residence life at Rutgers University, receiving accolades such as Hall Director of the Year. Laura holds a BA in English and an MA in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
