Leilane Correia

Leilane Correia is currently the Business Head for Fuel & Lubricant Solutions in South America at BASF, where they drive organizational growth and efficiency. They have previously held roles including Senior Business Manager and Digital Sales & Marketing Manager at BASF, focusing on strategic planning and team management. Leilane began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Petrobras and has also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Cia Nitro Química Brasileira. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Sales Management from MBA USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by an exchange program at the Technical University of Berlin.
