Lena Michels

Lena Michels is a Commissioning Manager and Production Manager at BASF, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Masterandin Asset Management Gx4 and Staff to Head of Paint Production Europe. Previously, Lena worked at consilab Gesellschaft für Anlagensicherheit mbH as a Praktikant and Werkstudent between 2016 and 2017. Before that, they gained experience as a Postbote at Deutsche Post from 2013 to 2016 and held a HiWi position at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences during the same period. Lena earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Technischer Chemie from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Chemieingenieurwesen und Verfahrenstechnik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
